OP headquarter spokesman gave a statement this afternoon regarding that the president signed an executive order on 12 Dec 2019. Bill was signed at the morning which now has been sent to High Court for SOO (Statement of Objectivity) before it becomes effective. Parliament of Chritish Chamber of Commons speaker says he has received words from president to inform his decicison. The EO was signed due to the delay of Union Jack Act 2019.
