執政府針對香港暴亂之聲明


香港暴乱聲明


執政府對近期香港特別行政區內發生的大規模暴亂進行強烈譴責，暴徒罪不可赦，已遠遠脫離和平示威範疇，嚴重影響到了香港人民的人生財產安全與香港和中國的國際形象。英華特區政府敦促香港特區政府立即採取行動除暴安良，恢復秩序；同時將犯罪分子繩之於法，從嚴處置。同時應當查處香港背後的境外勢力，確保香港的長久穩定。


Statement on Hong Kong Riot

Chritish government strongly condemned the massive riots occurred in Hong Kong SAR, illegal mobs must not be pardoned as their behaviours went far away from peaceful demonstrations. Those riots have influenced life and property rights of Hong Kong people severely and also damaged Hong Kong and China’s international image. Chritish SAR urges Hong Kong SAR takes action immediately to eliminate violence and restore order. Meanwhile, criminals must be prosecuted with Hong Kong laws in strict disposal. Those foreign forces behind Hong Kong riots must also be properly investigated in order to ensure the long run sustainability in Hong Kong.

地區法院：拉斐區保姆非法囚禁案從重判罰

英華社消息： 2019年12月發生的拉斐區一保姆非法囚禁鄰居孩童的案件今日宣判，犯罪容疑者律師所主張非主觀惡意以及保姆年齡較大等均未獲得地區法院採納。地區法院宣判中指出本案件性質惡劣，從多處可驗證的證據鏈均可證明其真實連貫的傷害企圖；地區法院認定其傷害罪成立，非法囚禁罪成立；數罪並罰判處有期徒刑4年整。 目前犯罪者尚未決定是否上訴。
