 1. 衛生署確認英華地區確診病例為三例，過去的24小時內未有增加新的病例。目前隔離觀察的134人昨天升至152人，所有人均身體狀態良好。

2. 英華大學服務發表聲明：

武漢新型冠狀病毒延遲開學的聲明

各位同學、老師：

由於目前新型病毒疫情相當危急，英華大學聯盟在於成員校商討后一致認為保障學生的安全是當下最緊急的任務。各學校均將執行延遲開學的決定。各學校將分學生分為三類進行處理：1. 所有的在留學生將繼續留駐學校，並將定期進行消毒等措施以保障安全。各學校的圖書館和自習室將立刻關閉，目前在校的學生建議留在宿舍避免前往人群集中的地方。2. 所有內地學生將繼續留駐家中，再沒有收到進一步通知前請勿返校。各學校將分別公佈處理方案和新的開學時間。3. 所有其他國家的留學生，可以選擇留在英華或者自行返回相應國家。各學校將保留其學籍并在合適的情況下返回繼續學業。

Dear students and staffs:

Due to the severity of novel coronavirus, members of CUS has discussed and agreed that the health and safety are the most crucial task at the moment. All schools will execute the delay of the next semester. Each school will sort students in three groups: 1. All students current at school will continue stay in school, regularly sterilization procedure will be carried out to ensure safety. All library and self-study rooms will be closed immediately, students are advised to avoid crowds. 2. All mainland students that are in mainland will continue to stay at home, please do not return to school until further notice. Each school will announce plans and new opening time respectively. 3. All international students from other countries cam choose to stay in Chritish or return to their home country with their student status remains. They could return to finish their study when it is safe to do so.

3.  英華航空決定即日起停飛內地航線直至2月29日。所有受到影響的旅客可以免費延期或者退票。

4. 英華航空航天局決定關閉英華新區機場（IATA:BSO）以減少旅客感染幾率。新區機場主要運行來自內地和亞洲的低成本航空公司。
