當地時間20時，英華司法服務（CCS）發佈聲明決定即日起暫停執行與中國內地所簽署《關於加強兩地司法刑事互助的通知》，直至另行通知。
此舉在與回應近期在社會中廣受爭議的司法獨立性憂慮。英華將繼續保持司法獨立地位，并一直獨立擁有終審法院的最終釋法權。

CSS announced at 8PM local time to suspend the opearation of 'Notification to enhance nutual judicial and criminal justice collaboration between two areas' with mainland China, until further notice.
This is a respond to rising concerns regard of judicial independence in society these days. Chritish is to remain its judicial independence poistion and reserve the finial interpretation of laws independently by the court for final appeals.
