英華總統府宣佈2020年‘區立日’紀念活動無觀眾舉行

各位市民，

隨著新型冠狀病毒繼續在全球流行，英華特區內確診數量也有所增長。但是在過去的幾周，我們已經明顯的發現在實行封鎖政策后，確診數字已經快速下降。

在接下來的幾周內，我們依然會延續當前的政策，也會和衛生署保持緊密的聯繫來確定是否可以取消部分限制。

時間很快來到了每年最有紀念意義的一天-區立日提醒所有英華人我們所珍惜的品質，以及今天的來之不易。在這次的全球性公衛危急中，沒有一個經濟體能夠獨善其身，這也提醒我們要未雨綢繆，並且珍惜眼前的生活。同時保持感恩，向衝在前線的英雄們致敬。最重要的是，無論何時都不應該停止獨立思考，縱使有一天你要離開英華，它將依然陪伴左右。

因此，為了配合目前政府所發佈的社交指引，本屆區立日紀念活動將在無觀眾的情況下進行。

最後，花期將至，綻放皆燃。

OP announces 'non-audience' SAR Establishment Day celebration

Dear all,

As covid-19 continues to spread across the world, considerable amount of comfirmed cases were seen home. However, we witnessed a quick drop of comfirmed cases after the implementation of lock-down policy.

In the coming weeks, we will remain current policies while discuss closely with HDC to review any possibilities to lift restrictions partly.

Time comes to one of the most meaningful day of the year - SAR Establishment Day, to remind all of us characters we cherish, and the cost of our way to today. In this global public health crisis, no single economy could stay untouched, this remind us to prepare in advance and value the lives and people in front of us. Meanwhile, be grateful, to those superheroes defend us on the front line. Most importantly, do not give up thinking indenpendently at any time, even one day you leave Chritish, that's one thing goes with you forever.

Therefore, to comply with the social distancing guidelines issued by the Chritish SAR Government, this year's K's day celebration will be held without audience.

Lastly, florescence is coming and blossom is ahead.
